....we had our wedding and reception at Calma and it was certainly the 'best day of our lives' from the lovely setting to all of the added extras Maria provided .... it was just amazing. The food was really tasty from the gorgeous starters, through to the most amazing wedding cake. 26 of us travelled to Skaithos for our wedding and our guests are still talking about what a fantastic time we all had....... thank you so much.
If anybody is considering a wedding on Skiathos check this place out!

We have just arrived back from Skiathos and the best holiday we have ever had, firstly because we got married and had our family and friends with us and secondly because we found the Calma Taverna.
We got married on the beach at the Skiathos Princess and had our reception at the Calma where Maria, Nikos and her sons made us feel very welcome and gave us a reception we certainly never will forget.
The food, decorations and location couldn\'t have been more perfect. Marias\' food is absolutely fantastic and the hospitality recieved from the family was more than we could have asked for.
If anyone is thining of going to Skiathos it certainly is worth a trip to Marias for great food and atmosphere and if you want a great place to stay then the Prekas Apartments which are also run by the family is thre place to go.
